Shipping policy

While every effort is made to ship orders within the first 24 hours, please allow 3-5 business days to fully process and ship your order.

Print-on-Demand items are fulfilled through a 3rd party and may use a variety of shipping methods. 

For all items fulfilled directly by Fluffy Monster; due to localized issues, UPS is currently the only provider available. 

Local delivery obtained by discount code does not cover items fulfilled by 3rd parties.

Customers using the heyiknowthem discount code for local delivery for orders that combine both a print-on-demand item and items fulfilled by Fluffy Monster will see free shipping for all items on their order invoice but will receive a separate invoice for print-on-demand shipping.
